This Privacy Policy explains how the team responsible for our VR game (the “Game”) processes, uses, and, where necessary, stores information associated with players who use the Game’s online and multiplayer features.

When you use the Game on the Meta platform, we may process information made available through the Meta platform, including:

We process this information only to the extent needed to operate and support the Game’s social and multiplayer functionality. Some of this information may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary to provide those features and maintain the operation of the Game.

How We Use Your Information

We use Meta account and social information to provide co-op multiplayer features. This includes identifying players within the Game, allowing players to find and join friends’ game sessions, and enabling players to invite friends to their own game sessions.

We do not use this information for purposes unrelated to operating these multiplayer and social features.

Data Retention

We retain collected or stored user information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the Game’s multiplayer features, comply with applicable obligations, resolve technical or support issues, or respond to a valid deletion request.

Data Deletion Requests

Any user may request deletion of user data that we have collected or stored by emailing support@iztera.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account, such as the Meta account or user information associated with the request. We may contact you to verify the request before completing deletion.
